Exhibition
The dates for the exhibition has been set as follows:
Private View Network list – 12th October 2018
Private View Family and friends – 13th October 2018
Open to the public – 14th -28th October (4pm – 8pm)
Artwork
All artwork has been produced, but I need to setup for display. I am having a meeting with studionAme tomorrow, so majority of my questions and issues should be answered. The leaflet design will be posted after confirmation from Steve and Yuka.
Marketing
I will be getting 10,000 double sided A5 leaflets produced. These will be distributed to people throughout town and the local area. In addition, I will be creating 2 large banners to be displayed outside the building.
Sponsors
I got in contact with approximately 20 businesses to try and get sponsors to help with marketing cost. I made some mistakes in the way I approached the local organisations. I rang the company first, before I sent a email with marketing plan. In hindsight, I should have arranged meetings with decision makers, and took my proposal to them.
