After finishing secondary school, I signed up for an art course. I fell in love with this one poster in class.
It was by Georges Seurat. The exact poster image is hazy, it may have been ‘A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte’.
I distinctly remember the huge font at the bottom ‘Seurat’.
I would reference and benchmark his work as much as possible. I loved the delicate interplay of the dots.
