I completed the workshops (Thursday 01.08.2019 and Friday 02.08.2019) for the local school.
For me it was important to relay the message, that Art not just painting. It can be more than that. The class was setup to embrace their feelings, styles and development. We looked at using different materials. Foil, string, buttons, straw etc. The exercise was to develop and nature the childs inner creativity. I think we were successful in our approach.
There is not much I could have done to make it a fuller experience. I possibly, could have had snacks, but that would eat into my limited time.. And also, open up health and safety concerns.
